If you haven't heard already, legendary director and ocean explorer James Cameron plans to explore the depths of the Challenger Deep of the Marianas Trench, a feat that hasn't been achieved for more than 50 years. For this expedition Rolex is equipping Cameron with a special version of the Sea-Dweller called the "Deepsea Challenge" which is rated to 12,000 meteres/39,370 ft, a depth rating that is beyond the currently known recorded depths of the Marianas Trench.
